After years of exploring my options for a career, I graduated with my Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy in 2013. It is a passion of mine and I consider it a privilege to walk alongside people, helping them make sense of themselves and the world around them while offering support in a variety of ways.
I believe that therapy should be a safe space to land when you feel unsteady, unstable, or unsure. While I now work with clients exclusively through telehealth, I am dedicated to providing that same honest and raw environment from the comfort of your own home. I love helping individuals, couples, and families work through hurt and discover practical ways to move forward.
Being a marriage and family therapist means that I am trained to think systemically. I love to bring that training into my work, helping you understand how family systems and past dynamics might be contributing to current unhealthy cycles. Whether we are focusing on healthy communication, setting boundaries, or understanding the neurobiology of mental health, my goal is to help you break free and find lasting relief.
I often jokingly say, "I'm the mommest mom who ever mommed." I am a natural nurturer, and I bring that side of me into my work with both clients and supervisees. I love to support, encourage, and develop clients as well as newer clinicians as they grow into their best selves.
If you feel like you connect with what you're reading here, reach out and let's talk. I’d love to explore whether we’d be a good fit for your journey.
